Recruitment Process
We arrange a meeting with you, brief you of our expectations and see whether you are suitable for the position applied for.
If successful we shall provide you with an application pack, which allows you to outline any training, experience and qualifications you have.
You will then be interviewed by one of our staff.
On a successful interview process we will carry out CRB check along with references.
On receiving satisfactory references and CRB check, we welcome you as member of the Oracle team and carry out the Induction.
